Brook Street are looking for customer service agents to start for our well-known client in the new year. We are starting our recruitment process early so that candidates can start straight away in January.
Details of the role:
The role is working on the Customer Helpdesk for the NHS in the Bristol City Centre. You will be required to take calls from clients of the NHS regarding purchase orders or from doctors chasing payments - the calls can be intense and candidates will need to have excellent customer service and be able to deal with high-intensity calls.
The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service skills and be able to navigate various computer systems effectively. The ideal applicant will be able to operate a computer and communicate effectively with customers/clients on the phone at the same time - refining their work to be as efficient and thorough as possible.
The role is working from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm to be paid weekly. The role IS a permanent position but is paid on a weekly basis - candidates will need to be able to commit to this role. There is a 2-3 week training programme at the start that will make sure that you are comfortable being on the phones dealing with queries.
