A successful candidate would be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in their approach to service. You will be helping people in their time of need, as a 111Health Advisor, you will take a variety of incoming calls from patients,providing them with an appropriate response to urgent healthcare needs in a timely manner.

Candidate would be highly professional, a strong listener with excellent communication skills and good telephone manners

Previous customer service experience, face to face or similar role.
