NHS Trust is looking for a suitable candidate to handle calls at their call centre

NHS Trust

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining the trust`s high standard, you will be helping people in their time of need, as a 111 Health Advisor you will be handling incoming calls from patients, providing them with an appropriate response to urgent health care needs within a time frame. This could range from GP appointments to advising them to attend appointments or even dispatching the ambulance

Candidate needs to be highly professional, a strong listener with excellent communications skill and telephone manners. You must be resilient, empathetic, passionate about high quality patient care and be able to remain calm under pressure.

Candidate who is comfortable using a range of databases and web applications would be suitable
