ON GOING CUSTOMER SERVICES TEMP ROLE

This household name based in Watford is looking for you to join their company on a temporary basis to help in their call centre handling inbound calls.

This is working in a fast paced environment where you where you will be taking inbound calls from customers and retailer, who will have an abundance of queries including resetting passwords, changing personal details and checking product accuracy.

This role doesn't involve complaint handling in anyway, it is all about helping and problem solving.

We are looking for outgoing, friendly individuals who pride themselves in their customer service delivery and possess excellent IT skills and have a passion for problem solving.

Ideally you need to be a car driver due to the location and working hours.

Initially training will be 9.00 / 10.00 to 17.00, which is paid training.

Once trained the working hours span between 8.00 - 20.00 Monday to Saturday and 9.00 - 17.00 on Sundays. You will we given a rota showing your working hours for up to a 12 week period, working 7.5 or 7 hour shifts for 5 days a week. Once you are trained you will be working 6 out of 12 Saturdays and

In return the company offer a very competitive hourly rate of £9.00 per hour as well as free on-site parking, subsidised restaurant and a relaxed dress code.
