Our NHS client based in Fleetwood are looking for inbound Call Handlers to join their busy contact centre. This is a temporary position, initially for 12 weeks, with a good chance of moving onto a contract within the NHS.
You will be responsible for answering external and internal customer enquiries regarding the Prescription Exemption Service, providing help and guidance to customers, tailoring conversations to the customers` needs. Duties will include but aren`t limited to:
Working on relevant computer system applications, accurately inputting, updating and amending customer information according to set procedures to ensure that the customers` enquiries are handled appropriately and resolved fully.
Full extensive training is provided, however we would look for previous Customer Service experience either in a call centre or face to face.
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a 1 in 4 shift rotation. £8.21 per hour, rising to £9.03 after 12 weeks in the assignment.
Various intake dates from Monday 23rd March, with registrations to be held on Wednesdays in Blackpool.
