Team Member in Rural Payments Agency Operational Directorate - Temporary post until 31 December 2019 (with the possibility of extension).
Based in the Rural Payments Agency, Customer Service Centre, Workington.
To work as part of a team within the Customer Service Centre (CSC). Answering calls on the BCMS Livestock and/or BPS/ Land based schemes Helpline dealing with customer queries in a professional manner, providing accurate information and recording the details of the call on the appropriate systems.
Working pattern is full time 37 hours per week)
Days will involve either an 8:00am start or 5:00pm finish to support business requirements alongside the Helpline opening hours.
