I am looking for a Call Centre Team Leader for a prestigious company based in Yeadon LS19.
The role will involve the following duties:
" Line managing
" driving performance and inspiring the team to hit targets.
" Responsible for managing your own appointment targets
" Manage, plan and execute our outbound processes for all our practices every day, including the implementation of new practices.
" Conducting 1-2-1`s and return to works
" Call monitoring
" Training of new starters
" Customer Service / Sales experience
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience within a team leader role within a small close knit team environment, within an inbound or outbound call centre environment.
The starting salary is £20,000 - £22,000 based upon experience with company incentives for hitting performance targets, free onsite parking and modern offices.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8-4.30 with occasional weekend, which will be on a 4-week rota basis.
