Job Description

Do you have call, contact or service centre experience? Do you have a background in training, delivery and coaching?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

Working at the company's site in the Liverpool city centre, you will be an excellent communication and have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

Planning initiatives to enable successful knowledge that can be delivered and transferred into all in-house training programmes.

Delivering all ranges of 1 to 1 training, from beginner level to advanced to ensure there is a key variation of training methods.

Scheduling all training sessions on a variety of topics that are relevant to each specific project.

Ensuring there is a key focus and overview of all training records.

Being responsible for the modification and creation of all training materials alongside the developing and updating of basic training topics.

Ensuring that training materials comply with of all the company's policies and quality standards.

Proactively providing solutions that enhance and improve service delivery.

In order to apply for this role, you must have the following experience and competencies:

A background within training, delivery and coaching.

Have previous experience of working in a contact centre industry.

Be self-motivated and be very goal driven.

Ability to work under pressure towards deadlines.

As this role is within the training industry, it would be expected that you are fully flexible to work at other locations from time to time if required.
