Web Chat Customer Advisor - Ongoing temp role starting 19th October

Are you Customer Service focused with a passion to help customers and retailers? Do you have excellent computer skills? Do you have working knowledge of Web Chat?

If yes, we have the role for you.
This household name based in Watford is looking for you to join their Customer Service Department working within their Web Chat team.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

" Handling inbound and outbound contacts via Web Chat
" Ability to take on 3 concurrent chats
" Dealing with retail and customer queries including complaints
" Computer literate with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Must be flexible with shift working patterns

The role is a 37 hour working week between the hours of 8am and 8pm including some weekends. Ideally you need to be a car driver due to location and working hours but initially you will be based from your own home until the office for the Contact Centre can re-open. Working internet access from home will be essential. A laptop will be provided. You will receive full training and remote IT support to help you get set up.
In return the company offer a very competitive hourly rate of £9.00 per hour as well as free on-site parking, subsidised restaurant and a relaxed dress code.
