Customer Service Advisor - Working from Home


This role is Initially working from home, Equipment is provided but you must live within a commutable distance to Glasgow City.

Do you have customer service experience?

I have a great opportunity in Glasgow for customer service advisors

o Assist customers via telephone to increase customer satisfaction. This involves delivering the highest quality of customer service to enhance the customer experience and aiming to resolve customer issues at first point of contact.

o Managing a volume of inbound calls handling complex issues, complaints and objections whilst navigating multiple PC systems

o You must be capable of achieving KPI targets having the ability to work well under pressure, resolving customer issues within time constraints.

o Having the ability to handle a range of different callers


I have start dates throughout December and January and immediate interview slots available
