Job Description
We`re looking for confident and dedicated Customer Service Advisors who are looking for a permanent role in Cardiff. The site we`re recruiting for is accessible by public transport but your own transport would be advantageous (based in Pentwyn, North Cardiff). There is free parking on site and a great modern working environment.
You will be taking calls and receiving messages with equipment faults from major businesses throughout the UK. Your role will be to log the fault or issue and offer a solution to your client, locating an engineer to attend to the fault communicating all the way.
This role does include weekend work on a rota, so full flexibility is essential. The earliest start time is 08:00 and the latest finish would be 19:00, however you will mainly be working the day shift. You would tend to work 1 in 3 Saturdays and Sundays with time off in lieu during the week. You will be working a 37.5 hour week- (5 day week)
To be considered for this role you must:
Have Customer Service/Retail/Hospitality experience
Great numeracy and literacy skills
Be fully flexible on working hour
