Job Description

Our client based in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Call Handler to join their busy team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is initially for three months, this may change.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm (37.5 hours a week)

The role will be working within a busy call environment and will include but will not be restricted to;

Answering incoming calls within service level agreements
Ascertain the relevant information and call details to ensure right communication
Logging details on to the database
Monitoring the status of open calls and progress the calls to ensure the service levels are met
Being the first point of contact for the customers
Escalating any issues to the Technical Coordinator


The ideal candidate will have experience of Call Management Software with previous employment within a Call Centre environment.

You will be required to have exceptional customer service attributes, be a clear communicator both verbal and written and have call handing skills.

The rate of pay is £9.00 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
