The role will involve calling Care Home Manager regarding a new tracking system for available beds. There is no sales involved in this role, you will be purely asking the Manager if they have registered their details and if not you may need to help and support them through the registration process.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in call handling, excellent customer service skills and the ability to give clear and precise instructions to help the customer create their account.
This is a temporary position with full time hours, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and offers an hourly pay rate of £9.50 per hour.
