Job Description

Brook Street has an exciting opportunity for a long-term temporary worker on behalf of one of our central Government employers.

The purpose of the role is to take inbound calls from people who are raising concerns or complaints and progress their concerns to the next step. The position carries no decision making responsibility and the purpose is to capture as much information as possible and signpost the next steps.

This is a long-term position on a full-time basis (37 hours per week) and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 0800-0815, with no weekends or evenings. The role commences on 10th June 2019 and there is training in Birmingham from 17th June for 3 days.
