Are you a self-motivated and ambitious individual looking for an Admin/Call Centre role. This role will enable you to gain a variety of admin experience within the public sector. This role is 50% call centre and 50% administrative. This could involve filing, scanning, photocopying and case management. The call centre will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
You will be working as part of a team that completes filing and file creation tasks. You will also be expected to have knowledge of excel and word, and will be entrusted to manage your time, work responsibly and also support your colleagues and management team. Please note you will be provided with full training for 2 weeks.
You will be working full time 37 hours Monday to Friday with potential opportunity for overtime at the weekend. This is a temporary ongoing role. Your hourly rate will be £7.98 going up to £9.97 on the 13th week of work onwards.
You will be required to complete a 3 year reference check and also complete a DBS clearance. The DBS check will require you to pay £25 for this but this will be refunded back into your account after 6 weeks of working for Brook Street.
