You will be working with Adults with Complex Mental Health & Learning Disabilities at various Supported Living accommodations.

If you are
**PASSIONATE about providing the BEST care & support**
**HARDWORKING and RELIABLE**
**have at least ONE year experience in support work**
**and have a DBS on the update service**
