Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Full time, Permanent

Hours - 40 hours/week. 5 of 7 between 8.30-5.30 (early + late shift ONLY between opening hours)

Salary - £21,900 minimum + bonuses and lone working premium (OTE of £25,000)

Benefits - Quarterly bonus based on performance, Premium pay when lone working, pleasure point's to spend on vouchers for popular retailers, On-site parking, 28 days holiday, extra holiday for every year worked + lot more

About the Role

Our client is the driving force behind modern self-storage. They use state of the art technology to provide the highest levels of security for local customers to rent personal storage units. They need a passionate, enthusiastic sales advisor to join the team.

As a sales advisor you will be instrumental in the customer journey from the start of the experience, right the way through. You aren't just an order taker, this is a unique role - part Customer service, Part sales, part facilities management - no 2 days are the same

  • Ask probing questions to understand customer's needs and then help them decide what the best solution is for them
  • You'll maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting the products and services both on telephone and face-to-face
  • You'll offer the highest quality of customer service in person, via email or phone
  • Completing daily health and safety walkarounds you'll help to maintain the general cleanliness of the site
  • You'll carry out general administrative tasks on our database
  • General housekeeping and maintenance of working environment
