Job Description

Campaign manager

My client is a global insurance company and they are looking for a campaign manager to join their team in East Croydon.

9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Hours- Thirty-five hours per week. However, due to the nature of this role hours may vary in line with the needs of the business.

Salary- £24,000 to £26,000

Main Duties

To support client facing liaison for specific assistance and mobility campaigns in conjunction with the Operations Management and Account Manager or Line Manager
To support the Account Management team in developing and maintaining robust and deliverable campaign strategies

To assist in the development of services that meet the objectives of our clients

To be a line of contact for all campaign activity from the client relating to process, mobility provision and technical support

Work with the Reporting Analyst to provide support in the production and distribution of regular reports

Identify any areas of weakness in service delivery or process and highlight them to the Head of Major Accounts to ensure they can be rectified

Liaise and communicate with other internal and client departments to ensure that good relationships are maintained and a team approach is developed to achieve the best outcome for customers and our client

To carry out any additional duties as requested by the Head of Major Accounts / Sales Director - Automotive to support the company or department


You will also be responsible for the following;

Health & Safety
To ensure that your work area is kept safe and tidy at all times.
To abide by the Health & Safety Work Act 1974.
To notify the Company Health & Safety officer or the Managing Director of any Health & Safety issues which may cause harm to fellow employees.

Training
To advise your Manager of any areas of work for which you require any additional training.

To work as a member of a team within the quality system and follow all documented quality procedures and instructions.

Key Performance Areas
To work towards achieving 100% on all Company, departmental, team and individual key performance targets.

Appraisals
Participate and contribute towards individual annual appraisals, team meetings and regular one-to-one assessment sessions.

General
To manage or assist with relevant ad-hoc projects as required by the Head of Major Accounts
Complete all appropriate administration.
Provide relevant reports to the Head of Major Accounts on a monthly basis.
Carry out any other additional duties as requested by the Head of Major Accounts from time to time within the scope of your role.

Regulatory
To work within and be compliant at all times with all relevant regulations and legislation applicable to the role.
