Car Park Administrator
Stirling
FT - 37 hours
FTC 6 months
08.45 - 16.45 with earlier start/finish available
£20,092

Brook Street`s esteemed client is looking for an Administrator to join their existing team in one of the top educational facilities in Scotland.

This role requires a resilient individual with administration, communication skills and attention for details. An Ideal candidate should be approachable and have excellent written and communication skills and a good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Job Description

  • Managing email daily
  • Dealing with student and staff queries
  • Must be resilient as dealing with the public who have received parking fines
  • Customer issues are managed in a fair and consistent manner
  • May be required to cover reception and mail room on rare occasions.

Schedule

  • Will finish on 23rd December for Christmas and return around 5th January
