Job Description

Job title: Car Sales Executive
Hours: 40 Monday- Saturday and every second Sunday
Location: Evesham

My client is a highly recognisable new and used Car Dealership located in Evesham. They are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join their growing Sales Team.
The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
This position will suit a target driven, customer service focused individual.

Car Sales Executive responsibilities:

" Maintain and develop relationships with customers, over the phone and setting appointments
" Prospect for new business at every opportunity, up-sell and follow up leads
" Recognise and understand customers' needs so that they get exactly the right vehicle for them and exceptional service at all times
" Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and create and emphasise unique selling points for individual prospects
" Negotiate the terms of sale and close each transaction



Car Sales Executives desired Skills and Experience:

" Proven sales experience (preferably within the retail automotive sector but not necessarily)
" Good planning, time management and organisational skills
" The ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships
" A passion for delivering customer excellence
" Be driven, tenacious, approachable and presentable

The Car Sales Executive position offers a guaranteed basic salary, with a realistic OTE of around £35,000 - £45,000 plus additional company benefits.
The working hours are Monday - Saturday with Sundays on a rota and fixed day off in the week.
