Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team in Warwick and Coventry for a temporary ongoing contract.

Job Title: Administrator
Hours: Anytime between 8am - 6pm, Monday -Sunday. Working 5 out of 7 days.
Location: Warwick
Salary: £8.72 increasing to £10.09 after 12 weeks

We will feel right at home from day one with our supportive team and full training provided. You will also benefit our convenient transport links.

Your new role will be to support members of the public in accessing NHS aftercare after life changing situations. This support could include help in securing a care home or organising care at home. To do this you will be speaking to the patients or next of kins to receive vital information and to talk through the next steps. You will also be sending out letter correspondence and communicating with other departments within the NHS

Our ideal candidate will have experience in an office-based environment with proven knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as having brilliant customer service skills.

Due to the nature of our company you will have to undergo compliance before you are able to join our team. This will consist of a DBS Check. There will be a one stage interview to assess your suitability.
