Job Description

My clients is looking for passionate, caring Support Worker with a can-do attitude to support their services at Hilton Grange cover 16 hours - rolling rota.

Supporting their customers with their personal care needs and focus on encouraging inclusion and to be a significant support. Providing Extra care setting with older adults and one to one support where required.

The Shifts start from 7am, and the successful candidate will be required to work the full weekend, every other week. 15 hours per week (example rota - Wed 7am-2pm, Sat 730-530pm, sun 7-2pm, Mon 7-3pm, Wed 7-2pm, Thurs 7-2pm)

Due to the nature of the setting, the successful candidate could be asked to work at Hilton Grange or the cricketers from time to time

Requirements:
1. Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent
2. Experienced in personal care/moving and handling/medication
3. Driver due to location
