Job Description

I am working in partnership with a fantastic provider of extra care housing to recruit an outstanding care and support worker for one of their schemes.

You will join your new organisation on a part time basis, working 21 hours a week on a rolling rota (this will include a combination of early and late shifts, as well as long days and the requirement to work a full weekend every other week).

You will support older adults within their own tenancies who require additional support.
This could include support with personal care, access to resources, medication, hoisting and accessing external appointments and contacts.

Successful applicants will:
* Be competent and experienced in the field of personal care and support

* Hold a minimum of the level 2 in health and social care or have professional or personal experience

* Be flexible to work a varied shift pattern, to include earlies, lates, long days and weekends on a rota basis
