Support Worker

Location: Bulwell, Nottingham
Salary: £23,809 plus sleep-in allowance
Shifts: Varied patterns including sleep-ins (every other weekend)

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing personal care and practical support tailored to individual needs
• Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
• Supporting daily living tasks and community engagement
• Acting as a key worker and advocate for residents
• Collaborating with families and professionals
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

What You'll Need

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults
• Level 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• Basic IT and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
• Compassion, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
