Job Description

I am looking for full time WAKING NIGHT support workers to join an established organisation who supports adults with learning disabilities in a supported housing setting.

This is initially a fixed term role for a 6 month period with a view to the contract being extended.

You will provide one to one support for a young lady who has complex needs and requires some level of physical and emotional support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Some elements of personal care and support
* Updating documentation
* Cleaning
* Daily logs

To be considered for this extremely rewarding opportunity, you will demonstrate personal or professional person centred care experience, have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern and ideally have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
