36 Hours a week, AM - PM
Mostly days with occasional nights
£9.00 - £9.50 an hour with an extra 50p an hour on weekends

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care assistant to join a lovely family run care home in Cardiff. You will have a friendly and approachable personality with a passion for the role and determination to enrich the lives of the individuals you are caring for.

Daily duties include but not limited to

• Providing a high standard of care and adhering to all care plans whilst also communicating any changes to behaviour or condition to relevant staff and management
• Listen and sympathise with the residents and their families
• Support residents with daily activities
• Document daily progress of all residents in a factual and timely manor
• Support residents to health appointments when needed
• Attend all mandatory training
