Job Description

We provide high standard care and support to our service users. We promote independence and dignity. We make sure that our service users are supported to their full potential. We are recruiting for nighttime support workers. We have sites all over West Yorkshire.
This role includes working on a shift pattern basis including late nights/early mornings. The role includes supporting service users throughout the night, been there for the service users, personal cares and moving and handling.
The ideal candidate would be a caring individual who is flexible/reliable, must be confident working in this setting and have the relevant experience. We are looking for someone energetic, positive who wants work with elderly.
Health and social care Level 2 and above, Basic computer skills as care plans are to be documented, moving and handling training.
We pay £9.13 per hour
Face to face interviews followed by a walk around the home to get a feeling of the role and meet service users and staff.
