We are working with a supported living organisation who provide high quality affordable accommodation for people who need 24-hour care. My client looks after residents with complex needs such as neurological disorders, Dementia and they provide palliative care to service users.

My client is currently seeking a care assistant to work in their services in Addlestone. The ideal candidate will support services users through daily living, personal/ intimate care, administering medication, assist in completing a person-centred plan as well a manual handling including hoist.

To be successful, the right candidate must have the following essential experience and skills:
-Ability to support, empower and promote the rights of people with learning disabilities.
-Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role such as using hoist, pushing wheel chairs.
-Good organisational and communication skills.
-Personal motivation and enthusiasm.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Good numeracy skills.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with:
