Care Assistant - Barry & Penarth

up to £15.00 per hour

Are you a caring, reliable and friendly individual looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to support service users in their own homes & in residential services across Barry and Penarth.

This rewarding role involves helping people maintain their independence while providing compassionate, person-centred care and support.

Essential Requirements

  • A clean, valid UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • At least 6 months' UK-based care experience within the last year, or 12 months' care experience within the last 5 years
  • The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks
  • Willingness to undertake personal care duties

Pay & Benefits

  • Between £12.71 - £15.00 per hour
