Care Assistant

Full Time - Days

We are working in partnership with a wonderful company who are currently recruiting for a full time care assistant for day shifts.


They provide care and support up to 63 residents, who require assistance with dementia and nursing care, as well as welcoming adults with disability, mental health complications and brain injury.


The role of a Care Assistant will be to provide high quality care to residents at all times paying attention to their specific and individual needs. Assist with and participate in all activities provided within the home to promote relationship centered care.


You will actively engage with residents in conversation and meaningful occupation related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.

What we are looking for;

• Experience of working within a care role
• Currently hold, or be willing to work towards NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
• Excellent written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills
