Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Care Assistant Nights role for a Residential Home for service users suffering from the likes of Dementia in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity, and if you are someone who can think outside of the box, is compassionate and has empathy and is proactive then this is an opportunity for you.

The duties of this role will include;
-Handovers
-Cleaning routines
-Checking the security
-Assisting service users to ensure they are comfortable and have everything that they need
-Recording notes
-Assisting service users with routines
-Personal care
-Dealing with challenging behaviour associated with Dementia

Candidate requirements:
-Relevant experience working within the Health and Social Care sector
-An understanding of the type of service users you would be working with

Pay/Contract;
-£9.25 p/h
-Full Time 36 hours a week, shifts patterns 8PM-8AM
-Alternate Weekend work required
