Job Description

We are looking for care assistants and senior care assistants!
36 Hours a week, with shift hours negotiable depending on whether you prefer long days or short days
£9.00 to £10.50 an hour depending on experience with an extra 50p an hour bonus on weekends!

We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced care assistant's and senior care assistants to join a lovely family run care home in Cardiff where you will be appreciated and rewarded for your hard work while also ensuring lots of opportunity for career progression. You will have a friendly and approachable personality with a passion for the role and determination to enrich the lives for the individuals you are caring for.

Daily duties include but not limited to

• Providing a high standard of care and adhering to all care plans whilst also communicating any changes to behaviour or condition to relevant staff and management
• Listen and sympathise with the residents and their families
• Support residents with daily activities
• Document daily progress of all residents in a factual and timely manor
• Support residents to health appointments when needed
• Attend all mandatory training
