About the employer; this employer is a charity organisation supporting the carers who, in turn, are providing support to their loved ones. Those being cared for are people with any condition, who may be any age ranging from children to older adults. This organisation looks after both the service user and their family and friends.

About the job; this role requires you to work alongside 3 other Care Booking Advisors, overseeing the coordinator and the planning of service users home call visits from the Carers of this organisation. You will support the calls in Cambridge, Peterborough and Norfolk. A great benefit of this role is that you do not have the responsibility of covering the calls if they are not covered via other Carers, however, should you wish to cover them you are able to do so.

About the ideal candidate; you will ideally hold a NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, you will ideally be a driver and it is ideal that you have experience of this role or of a similar role such as a Care Coordinator role.

In return, this organisation will offer a permanent and full time contract paying £19,500 - £25,500 depending on experience and qualifications. They will also offer 2.5 weeks of a full in depth induction alongside further training and refresher training and personal development opportunities. They also offer a fuel card, a charity environment, annual reviews, great quality training and 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.

This role will require you to work 8am - 4pm / 9am - 6pm / 12pm - 8pm and alternate weekends. We are open to people applying for part time hours but you would need to adhere to the shifts mentioned just in a part time capacity.

If you would like to apply or you would like further information, please call or email Zoe Gunn on 01604 631797 /

We are also recruiting for a Care Team Assessor for the same organisation paying £17,00 - £21.500. This role is to work with the NHS hospitals to assist with early discharge submissions to allow care within the service users own home.
