18,000-23,000 depending on experience
Are you an experienced care co-ordinator with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Have you had managerial/ team leading experience? Do you drive and have access to your own vehicle? If so we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a forward thinking, dynamic individual to join a small but expanding team as a care co-ordinator. The role will be providing vital assistance to the company directors, this could be in the form of administration work, picking up new care packages, risk assessing, rotas and leading a team of carers. The role is working within a rapidly expanding domiciliary care team in the Didsbury and Trafford area.
This role will be part time for the first 3 months at 24 hours but will go onto full time 37.5 after 3 months so please be aware of this before applying. We are looking for someone who is very IT literate, a problem solver and a people person. You will need to have some previous experience in the hands-on delivery of quality care and be passionate to help support the carers.
We are ideally looking for someone who can work alone and part of a team, are polite, work effectively and efficiently and has a good knowledge of care packages, care quality standards and hard-working.
You will be able to communicate effectively, plan diaries, shifts, rotas and staff training. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday office based hours. We would ideally like the candidate to have at least a level 3 in health and social care.
