BROOK STREET are delighted to be working with an award winning independently owned and operated business who provide premium quality care to adults in their own home, as an expanding business, my clients are now searching for an experienced Care Co-coordinator to work full time Monday to Friday and to start immediately.
If you have a minimum of 12 months experience of service provision in the care industry with a current transferable DBS (desirable), experience of rostering for carers and you hold a minimum of an NVQ level 2-3 in Health & Social Care then I`d love to hear from you!
You`ll be accountable to the Registered Manager and will plan, evaluate and allocate the workload of all staff and schedule rotas accordingly ensuring that Carers are able to spend the allocated care time with each client.
Liaising with the Recruitment Co-Coordinator and identifying any staffing requirements.
Ensuring outstanding compliance across the business along with the provision of high-quality care services to vulnerable people living in their own home.
You`ll assist in setting, monitoring and reviewing KPI`s for staff members, complying with all reporting requirements in line with company procedures.
You`ll need to have exceptional people management and communications skills to support and coach our team of Carers, the role is extremely fast paced and requires someone truly dedicated and able to remain positive and professional whilst under pressure.
You`ll be self motivated and flexible with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out of office hours care.
BENEFITS WILL INCLUDE:
Salary £18.000 - £20.000
Monday - Friday 8.30am- 5pm (possible out of office hours too)
