Day to day, Your Job will consist of 30 - 38 hours per week as well as on call once a month and half day on the following Monday. You will be planning and allocating the work load for the care staff. Managing and reviewing care plans, interview and select potential care staff, assist with invoice and pay roll queries and ensure client visits are not missed as the care you help to provide is very important to the people you support.

Within your team, the on-call is split between yourself and your team which means you would need to do 1 in every 4 weeks including weekends which is paid additionally. You may need to be in the office on a Saturday from 10am - 3pm but to balance this, you will only work half day the following Monday for on-call weekend.

In order to be successful within this role, you need to be someone who is hard working, has a flexible approach without shying away from doing what is necessary to ensure the right care is provided to the service users.

In addition to these qualities, you need experience of co-ordinating care packages and carers, computer literate as you will be using Business Manager daily. Also live within an easy commute to Finchley. If your DBS is on the Update Service, then this will be beneficial to you as you can commence employment even quicker.
