£18,720 - £21,840

My client is looking for a Care Co-ordinator to assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of a Domiciliary care service.

Client group is mainly Elderly and Dementia clients.
Currently running at 1000 hours but my client is keen to build this up.

The Care Co-ordinator will have experience within homecare and/or of the position and a sound work history.

Salary- £9 - £10.50 (Dependent on experience) per hour
Hours- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Responsibilities-
Monitoring and ensuring the delivery of high standards, support manager to ensure compliance , carry out robust risk assessments, champion improvement of care documentation and record keeping, organise and attend staff meetings, monitor quality and compliance through audit and review.

Key Performance Indicators-
Home/Service continues to run smoothly in the absence of the Manager
Compliance with CQC Essential Standards and positive feedback from inspections
Quality reports from environmental health
Quality reports from health and safety executive
Retention of effective workforce
Adherence to company Strategy and Policy
Management of poor performance
Evidence of continuous improvement
Quality feedback from service user's, their relatives and their friends
Home/Service has a very good reputation with external agencies, i.e. GP's, Social Workers and other professional agencies
The maintenance of excellent care plans which meet need
Competencies of all care staff assessed
