My client is a dynamic growing Home Care that is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator who is motivated, resilient and a team player to support the Registered Branch Manager to
" Conduct training
" Supervision of existing staff members
" Rota planning
" Managing compliance
" Ensuring carers are allocated to service users.
" Strategy planning
" Provide practical support
This is a full time position Monday- Friday (37.5 hours) with an occasional on call duty.
Full orientation and Induction programme provided.

To be a successful candidate you must drive and have access to a vehicle, be a driver and have good knowledge and experience as a Care Coordinator (Ideally have a level 2/3 in Health and Social Care)
