CARE COORDINATOR
RADSTOCK
FULL TIME
£17,500- £21,000
START DATE: ASAP
My client is a growing family run Home Care that are seeking an experienced and dynamic Care Coordinator to support the Managers with:
- Supervision and Appraisals
-Spot checks and risk assessments
-Care planning
-Recruitment and Training
-Auditing
-Rota planning

To apply for the Care Coordinator role, you will need:
-To be a driver and have access to a car
- Home Care experience
-Ideally have a level NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care

This is full time position, Monday to Friday (9-5 pm) and occasional weekends.
