CARE COORDINATOR - Development Opportunity for an Experienced Senior Care Assistant!

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Care Team Leader!
We are recruiting for a number of Care Coordinator positions for a well-established service in the Bristol area.
Terms:
Competitive salary: £24,000
Rolling rota: 4 days on, 4 days off (including 2 days doing care in the community, 2 days office based)
Office duties include:
- Care Planning
- staff supervisions
- rotas
- admin
- filing

Qualifying candidates:
- Experience in health and social care
- Experience of writing care plans
- Willing to work 4 days on, 4 days off shift rota
- Driver with own vehicle
