Care Coordinator opportunity! Fantastic development opportunity!

We are working with a fantastic organisation in the Bristol area, recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join their team. We are seeking candidates with experience of domiciliary care, and experience of support planning and risk assessing.

You will join a supportive and friendly team with a supportive manager who will enable you to develop and achieve your personal development goals.

The role will be mainly office hours, but you will need to be flexible as there may be times where you will need to carry out care calls when there is staff shortage. You will therefore need to be a driver with your own vehicle.
