Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our client to recruit a Care Coordinator. This is a temporary role based in Newbury that has the potential to go permanent.
Salary: £11/hr or BOE
Hours: core hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.30, but due to the nature of the work you may be needed outside of these hours to attend service users homes and provide domiciliary care.
Our client is currently looking for a Care Coordinator to join their team within the next few weeks. As a Care Coordinator, you will be scheduling the care staff and managing any and all queries that follow. You must be an excellent communicator and be very proactive/reactive.
" Ability to communicate with staff and clients via phone and email
" Ability to handle high risk situations
" Schedule and allocate work to Care Workers on a daily/weekly basis
" On a rota basis, participate in the out of hours/on call service
" Perform the duties of a Care Worker where required

" Ability to give sterling customer service
" Positive mental attitude
