BS Social Care are working exclusively with an established organisation that provide domiciliary in and around the Hinckley area. They are now on the hunt for a Care Coordinator to compliment their established team.
Working closely with the management team, the successful candidate will play a key role in rota management, staff delegation and updating and amending care packages. In addition, you will administer medication, share "on call" responsibilities, liaise effectively with external agencies and communicate in a professional manner with clients and their families to maximise the quality of life for the service users.
You will be flexible to support with care calls and share the "on call" rota as required.
To be successful within the role you must have a background in the home care field and be competent in managing rotas and scheduling care calls. You must hold a clean driving licence and have access to your own car. A level 3 in health and social care is essential to be considered for this vacancy.
Strong communication skills, a passion for making a difference to the lives of the people you support and excellent attention to detail are essential also.
