Hull

Salary: £23,000

The Company

You could be working with one of the UKs most accredited Healthcare Recruitment Agencies. For almost 20 Years my client has continued to provide a range of specialist services to Private Healthcare institutions, Healthcare Professionals and The NHS. Due to their success in this specialised sector, they are expanding their Care team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the preparation and development of person-centred care plans, risk assessments and reviews. You will need to have high attention to detail and a strong background knowledge of the social care sector and provisions of a person-centred care in the community. You have to be computer literate with a strong knowledge of MS Office Packages.

You will be responsible for the management of the rota; therefore, you need to able to use your own initiative and be proactive in order to ensure that the required care standards and targets are met. Your initiative will also be required in finding ways to increase number of care packages and attract and retain excellent care support workers. You will also support the Registered Manger when required.

*You will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9.00am to 5.00 pm and take part in an on-call rota.

* Due to the nature of the role, you will also be required to be flexible outside of normal working hours.

What's Needed?

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential, along with previous experience in a similar role. Being educated to Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential.

You need to have excellent communication skills as you will be continuously supporting the Service Users and their families. You will also cooperate with commissioners, social workers, councils, and internal staff.
