Role: Care coordinator
Hours: 40hpw/ Mon - Fri/ 9AM-5:30PM
Location: Bristol
Starting salary £20 - £22,000 + up to £3,900 on call bonus + £300 welcome bonus

I am recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a well-known domiciliary care franchise with OUTSTANDING CQC rating.

We are looking for someone who enjoys dynamic environment and is well organised to become a part of an upbeat team within organisation who delivers 1500h of care a week.

The successful candidate will have a background in Social Care or as a Coordinator within the sector.
Level 2,3 or equivalent.
Friendly but professional telephone manner
Happy to take on call extra paid duties 2 times a week, 2 weekends a month (5pm-7am)
