The is a Home Care Agency that specializes in the provision of high-quality care to elderly individuals, people with mental health difficulties including those with Dementia and Learning disabilities and working with Venerable Adults and Children with Physical and learning difficulties.

On a day to day, Your Job will consist of scheduling hours of 3000 to 50000 - per week as well as on call once a month and one day during the week which you will be paid £140 extra for.
You will be planning and allocating the work load for the care staff. Managing and reviewing care plans, interview and select potential care staff, assist with invoice and pay roll queries and ensure client visits are not missed as the care you help to provide is very important to the people you support.

To be successful within this role, you need to be hard working, has a flexible approach without shying away from doing what is necessary to ensure the right care is provided to the service users and have care knowledge or worked with within a DOM CARE Provider.

In return for your hard work, you will be offered a Salary of up to £22,000 to £25000 per annum dependent on experience + and an on-call bonus of up to £140, you will also receive other incentives which will be discussed further post-appointment.
