About the Company;
Working in a popular location of Northampton, we are looking for a Care Coordinator to help run and grow one of their three successful Care providing Services. This is a full time and permanent position with a salary of up to £19,000 - £21,000 per annum.
Providing high quality domiciliary home and nursing care services individually tailored to specific needs. This isn`t just working for one care sector its several. Service users can range from elderly or recovering from illness or surgery to terminally ill. As well as adults who have physical disabilities, Learning disabilities and or Challenging behaviour.

About the role;
You will need to ensure the effective running of the organisation by providing suitable Care Workers to Service Users. Making sure the organisation`s policies and procedures are followed at all times and to ensure Care Quality Commission standards are met for Service Users. You will be implementing Care Plans for Service Users, and changes to care plans where appropriate. You will ensure Care Plans and Risk Assessments are updated on a regular basis in line with internal policies and that updates are recorded accordingly. You will be negotiating with Support Staff regarding their Rotas, establishing the hours. You will be making sure care staff are available to work and resolving any issues and drawing up rotas to ensure the needs of all care plans are met. You will carry out appropriate and authorised investigations into complaints or incidents arising from the provision of care and oversee and manage Team Leaders.
You will be working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work and you will be on call 1 in 4 weeks.

This is a full time and permanent position with a salary of up to £19,000 - £21,000 per annum.

About the Candidate;
With this role you will need to be highly organised, motivated passionate and possess a drive to succeed. You will need to cope with pressure, good communication, patient, flexible, reliable and be professional.
You will also need to have a NVQ Level 3 or above and at least have had 3 years experience as a Team Leader, Senior, or Care Coordinator in a social or health care setting. You will need to have good IT, numeracy and literacy skills.
You will also need to have your NVQ Level 3, have had 3 years experience of working in a social or health care setting.
