Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to work for a well known established Domiciliary care company based Harrow..!!

The Coordinator is responsible for preparing weekly rotas and ad-hoc changes to existing rotas, and ensuring our customers receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. Also the coordinator needs to maintain accurate, concise, timely and legible records relating to all service aspects and to identify a care worker with appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude to match the needs of the service user

The successful candidate would need to have the following;
- NVQ Level 2
- Have care experience at least 1 year as a Care Coordinator
- Someone who knows how to do a care plan and risk assessments
- Someone who has previous experience liaising with other agencies
