** Derby, Derbyshire **
**Permanent and Full time **
** OTE of up to £50,000 **
** Large residential home**
** 37.5 hours per week **

Our client is one of the reputable family run businesses and are currently recruiting for a Care Home Manager to join their team.

As a manager you will be a fundamental part of the business delivering high quality care and support to the staff and residents.
The home accommodates a maximum of 63 residents having nursing, residential and dementia residents.
Social engagement is a big part of life in the home. Our client believes taking part in regular social activities throughout the week and engaging residents continually improves the quality of care provided.

The home manager`s duties will include;
monitoring the Homes performance, budget monitoring
management and the development of clear policies and practices regarding quality standards.
Staff supervision to ensure delivery of the high-quality service.
As a manager you will be at hearts of the home`s operation, so you will need to be resilient, enjoy working with a large team, reliable, have good organisational skills and committed in making a difference.

For this role you will need
2 years minimum experience
NVQ Level 5 Or equivalent (or working towards)
Must be a driver
