Job Description

Role - Administrator/Customer Service
Hours - Monday to Friday between 8am till 6pm
6 months on going- based in Chesterfield
We are looking for a proactive, keen and motivated candidate to help with data entry and administration. You will need to be a supportive team player. It will be your responsibility to manage challenging situations calmly and with patience before progressing them through the right channel. You may also be dealing with GP/Hospital staff and lots more.

We are looking for strong professional applicants with exceptional customer service skills, this must be demonstrated on your CV. You must be good at communicating with all different types of people. You must be patient, have empathy and the ability to make decisions on your own when needed. You must be proactive and enjoy working in a bust and demanding environment.

Duties will include
-Monitoring an inbox
-Data entry of people's details on a bespoke system
-Uploading registrations onto a bespoke system
-General administration
-High levels of customer service
-Liaising with patients & family

You must be able to provide us with full referencing details and you pass a Criminal Records Check.

You will be required to attend a full registration once we have telephoned screened you.
